Booking conditions

Buffalo To formalize the reservation with Bufalo Baqueira, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the activity is required. Cancellation Reservations that are canceled without justification of weight will incur a charge of 50%. All reservations that are not canceled 24 hours in advance, will be subject to payment in full. In the event that the cancellation of the class is due to the closure of the season, it will be postponed to another date within the same season. Bufalo Baqueira reserves the right to cancel any class if payment is not made in full prior to the class or activity. Bufalo reserves the right to cancel any course or activity that does not have a minimum number of students to complete the group. The courses and activities must have a minimum of people to function. If there are fewer, customers can always pay an additional fee to carry out the activity.

Late fee

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we are often very busy and have to move quickly from one class to another, we insist that our clients be punctual. Instructors are asked to wait for clients up to 30 minutes. If the client has not called our office or the instructor to say they are going to be late, within this period the instructor has the right to leave and the client will be responsible for the full payment of the class. In no case will the minutes lost due to the delay of any client be recovered.

The instructors will not be able to take care of any minor after one minute from the end of the class, since the teacher will not be able to attend his next class due to the delay of the parents.
